Services
Three ways we make a small business run better.
Every engagement starts with a listening meeting and an assessment. What comes after depends on what we find. The three pillars below are the shapes it usually takes.
Automate
The admin that eats your evenings, done by the systems you already have.
We wire together the tools you own so the routine work happens without anyone typing it twice. Each automation gets a one-page guide, a failure alert, and a human approval step wherever money or a customer is involved.
Typical fixes
- Missed-call text-back. A caller you couldn't answer gets a text in seconds and a way to tell you what they need. After hours, an assistant answers and books.
- Lead to quote in 24 hours. Web forms, Facebook leads and texts land in your system; a quote template fires; a reminder nags if it sits.
- Invoice on completion, reminders on schedule. Mark the job done, the invoice goes out; reminders at 7, 14 and 30 days; a thank-you and review request when they pay.
- Vendor invoices read and posted. Photos or emailed PDFs matched to the job and sent to your books for approval.
- Change orders from the field. A one-tap form for the foreman that texts the customer for approval and logs it against the job.
- Document chasing. Automatic requests and reminders so staff stop emailing "did you send the W-2?"
Analyze
Know your real margin before tax time.
Most owners find out how the year went when the accountant tells them. We pull the numbers out of the systems you already use and show, in plain English, where the margin is made and lost. Then we keep it in front of you every week.
What a deep-dive covers
- Job and project costing. Which jobs, crews and customers actually make money, and which only look busy.
- Pricing and menu margins. Per-item cost and contribution; what to reprice, promote or drop.
- Labor against sales. Overtime, scheduling against demand, the days that quietly lose money.
- Cash timing. Days to invoice, days to get paid, and the months that squeeze you even when the P&L looks fine.
- Vendor and purchasing variance. Price creep by item and supplier, and what it costs you a year.
- The Monday scorecard. The six numbers that matter and three things to do this week, delivered automatically.

Get full value from the software you already pay for. Fill only the real gaps.
Most small businesses use a fraction of what their tools can do. Before anyone buys anything, we set up and train on what you own. Where a gap is real, we show you the options with the monthly cost and the trade-offs, and the license goes in your name, at cost, with no markup.
Tools we meet every week
Not on the list? Part of the assessment is finding out what your tools will and won't do before anyone promises anything.
What every engagement includes
The same promises, in writing, every time.
You own everything
Every account, login, subscription and workflow is in your name.
Fixed scope, fixed quote
Set after the assessment, written down, with software costs listed separately at cost.
Human approval on money
Payments, payroll and anything a customer sees get a person in the loop.
It runs without us
A one-page guide and a short video per workflow, and alerts if anything fails.
